SEO Intelligence GSC Collector is an internal application used to monitor website search performance.
Information Accessed
With authorized Google account access, the application retrieves Google Search Console performance data, including website property identifiers, search queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, average search positions, dates, countries, and devices.
How Information Is Used
The information is used exclusively for internal SEO monitoring, historical performance analysis, reporting, and dashboard visualization.
Data Storage and Access
Retrieved data is stored in a Google Sheets database accessible to authorized team members. Access permissions are managed through Google account and Google Workspace sharing controls, where applicable.
Data Sharing
Google Search Console data is not sold or used for advertising. Access is limited to authorized personnel and services necessary for the stated monitoring functions.
Data Retention and Deletion
Data is retained for internal reporting and analysis while needed for those purposes. Authorized administrators may remove stored records and revoke application access.
Google Account Permissions
Users can revoke application authorization through their Google Account security settings. Access to individual Search Console properties can also be removed through Search Console user permissions.
